Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
This referral program is open to current and past clients of Liberating IO Limited.
The referred individual must be a new client who has not previously engaged in coaching services with Liberating IO Limited.
2. Referral Incentive:
The referring client will receive one (1) complimentary individual coaching session upon the referred client's successful completion of a complimentary chemistry session and subsequent enrollment in a minimum three (3) month coaching program.
The referred client will receive one (1) additional coaching session added to their purchased three (3) month coaching program, following their successful completion of a complimentary chemistry session and subsequent enrollment.
3. Program Enrollment:
To qualify for the referral incentive, the referred client must:
Attend a complimentary 45-minute chemistry session with Liberating IO Limited.
Enroll in and pay for a minimum three (3) month coaching program following the chemistry session.
Mention the referring client's name at the time of enrollment.
4. Validity:
This referral program is valid indefinitely, unless otherwise stated by Liberating IO Limited.
Liberating IO Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
5. Complimentary Sessions:
Complimentary coaching sessions are subject to scheduling availability.
Complimentary sessions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
All complimentary sessions must be used within twelve (12) months of being earned. After this period, the complimentary session will expire.
6. General Terms:
Liberating IO Limited reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that are deemed fraudulent or abusive.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
By participating in this referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
7. Mutual Fit:
The complimentary chemistry session is designed to ensure a mutual fit between the coach and the potential client. Should either party determine that the coaching relationship is not a good fit, they may choose not to proceed with the coaching program. This allows both the coach and the client to make an informed decision about whether to move forward.
